DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We aim to have your merchandise delivered to you within the period stiputated in the description of each item .Items that are not in our stock will need to be ordered from the manufacturers and we need 2-3 weeks for the order to be processed.

All our special occasion and bridal wear is scrupulously checked to ensure it arrives at your address free of defects.

Standard delivery charge is £6.99 for up to 10 items

Damages
We recommend you inspect your package for damage before accepting it. If your package appears to have incurred damage in shipping you would be advised not to accept the parcel. If you have already received the package and then notice the damage, make sure that you keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours to report the damage and request a returns authorisation number.

Please check quantity of pieces delivered against the carrier’s paperwork and note shortages against the carrier’s documentation.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the products to your door you, the customer, are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Incorrect/ Non delivery
If you receive incorrect goods it is your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of receipt at which point we will make the necessary arrangements.

We can only accept liability for non-deliveries if we are notified within 3 days of the advised/anticipated delivery date.

Faulty
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty on delivery, or within 28 days of receipt, please contact our customer services department on 01162166301 within 72 hours of receipt of goods or fault developing.

We will ask you to return the item and arrange to replace the item or issue a refund. You will be issued with a unique number against which to return the product.

Please be aware you are responsible for ensuring the product is suitably packaged for return. The goods must be returned in the original packaging. We recommend the original packaging be kept for no less than three months.

The cost of any damage caused due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you. This charge will be at least 15% of the purchase value. Once the goods are received back in our shop the fault will be verified and a replacement order will be sent out to you.

This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.

Description of Goods
We have made every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is as accurate as possible. Please note that colours displayed will depend upon the settings of your computer and monitor and it is therefore impossible to guarantee that the colour your monitor displays will accurately represent the colour of the product ordered. Similarly, sizes between manufacturers may vary. Where possible a size chart is provided as a guide only. This chart shows the standard measurements for USA ladies AND Women dress sizes.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
