At Grace Fashion Shop, we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. To help you with this process please see our returns policy below.NOTE THIS POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO STOCK CURRENTLY IN OUR STOCK AND NOT TO ORDER MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR CUSTOMERS.

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations stipulate that as a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products except for made to order garments, jewellery and also underwear and hosiery where the packaging has been opened.

Once despatched to you, we accept the return of all returnable items only if they are unworn, are in their original condition and in a resaleble condition i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains or odours will not be accepted.

If you return the goods within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item less 15% restocking fee, delivery charges for the item will not be reimbursed. Items received after this time will be REFUSED and sent back to you. You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

Please note: We will not accept any refund requests on multiple orders. We suggest that where you may wish to order more than one size dress that you order one dress at a time so that you are able to return it if necessary and then reorder the other size.

If you have decided to return your products to Grace Fashions we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation, provided that the terms of this agreement have been met. We will endeavour to send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.
