If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your gown or merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly issue an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We can only accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that is returned in its original new condition. Merchandise must be free of soil, makeup stains, body odors and must not have been altered in any fashion.
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom sized dresses, dresses that were custom made, dresses that are ordered in custom color choice, rush delivered items or merchandise that has been altered from its original design per the customer's request. In short only dresses bought directly from our boutique are the only ones that can be returned.
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt (includes date of delivery as recorded by carrier) of your merchandise to request any refund or exchange. Any items returned without notifying Grace Fashion Shop will not be credited or exchanged.
We must receive the item within 7 days of contacting us. Once we receive your item in its original condition we will issue a refund.
Any exchanged item will incur re-delivery charges. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What if I do not like the style of my gown once I receive it? We suggest taking your time in choosing the gown you will purchase. Your wedding is a very special day, and much thought should be put into every detail. Make sure the basic silhouette of the gown you have chosen is a style that will flatter your figure. We suggest tacking a trip to our store to try on similar or actual gowns. Our staff is always there to answer any questions or concerns you have.
Custom Design Policy
Please contact us if you have a custom design you would like made. We will gladly provide you with a price quote aftering reviewing your photos or design plans.
Our manufacturer will email photos of your finished gown prior to shipping. The gown will not ship until you have approved the finished product. This gives our customers the opportunity to request any changes be made and assure that they are completely satisfied.

We ship worldwide. Please contact us for shipping rates outside United Kingdom
For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs and duty charges.
** A shipping discount will be offered to customers that purchase multiple items. Please contact us for rates.
Most of our gowns are shipped within 6 weeks. We ask that you allow 12-16 weeks for delivery. However, if you need your gown earlier please contact us and we will make every attempt to arrange 30 day rush delivery. There is an additional £100 fee for any rush delivery order. Dress made from customers designs take 10-12 weeks.
** All of our gowns are shipped with a breathable bridal bag for hanging and storing your beautiful gown. This bridal bag retails for £15.00 and is our gift to you with any bridal gown purchase.
Order Policy
Please email us following checkout with your shipping name, address, phone number and wedding date. If ordering custom sizing and/or color please include your measurements and/or color choice as well.
